What does Tele Technology LLC actually build?
We're a full-stack software company built specifically for the telehealth and health e-commerce space. That means we design and build every layer — patient-facing storefront and apps, clinical workflows (intake, charting, video, messaging), prescription and OTC e-commerce, subscription and refill engines, pharmacy routing, and the compliance tooling around all of it.
Who are your typical clients?
Telehealth operators, digital-first care brands, online pharmacies, and health-and-wellness e-commerce companies. We work with both early-stage teams launching their first platform and established operators replatforming or scaling existing systems.
Are you a healthcare provider?
No. Tele Technology LLC is a software company. We do not provide medical care, advice, or treatment. We build and operate the technology that licensed providers and pharmacies use to deliver care to their own patients.
Do you handle HIPAA compliance?
Yes. When we process Protected Health Information (PHI) for a client, we do so as a HIPAA Business Associate under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). Our platforms include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed for HIPAA compliance. See our HIPAA Notice for details.
Can you integrate with our existing EHR, pharmacy, or payment processor?
Almost always. We have experience integrating with major EHRs, pharmacy networks, lab partners, payment processors, identity providers, and CRM systems. Where a turnkey integration doesn't exist, we build it cleanly against the available APIs and webhooks.
Do you offer off-the-shelf software, or is everything custom?
We focus on custom and semi-custom builds tailored to each operator's clinical and commercial model. We bring reusable building blocks — auth, charting, video, checkout, compliance — so projects ship faster without locking you into a rigid template.
What does a typical engagement look like?
Most engagements start with a short discovery phase to align on clinical workflows, commerce model, integrations, and regulatory scope. From there we move into design and incremental delivery, with production milestones every few weeks. We support clients through launch and into ongoing operations.
How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. A focused MVP for a single state and a few SKUs can be ready in a couple of months. A multi-state, multi-product platform with EHR and pharmacy integrations is a longer engagement. We'll give you a realistic timeline after discovery.
How do you price work?
We typically use fixed-scope phases or monthly retainers, depending on the engagement. Pricing is shared transparently after we understand the scope. We do not publish package pricing because every telehealth and commerce build is materially different.
Do you support the platform after launch?
Yes. Most clients keep us on for ongoing engineering, monitoring, compliance updates, and feature work. We can also hand off to an in-house team with documentation and pairing if that's the better fit.
Can you help with multi-state pharmacy operations?
Yes. Multi-state routing, state-specific consents, prescribing rules, and pharmacy-to-state matching are a core part of what we build. We design these flows so they can adapt as your operating footprint grows.
